* Matterport Processing Fees – Pricing does not include $50 Cloud Upload fee and an additional $100 Large Scale Model fee (any 3D tour that requires over 100 scans).
* All residential Matterport models include 6 months of FREE hosting. Starting the 7th month, hosting will cost $200 for each additional year.
* Commercial Matterport models or any model that will stay online for the unforeseeable future will incur an up front hosting fee of $250 and will repeat each year.
* Transfer of Matterport models to other accounts will incur a one time $200 transfer fee per model.
* Matterport™ – The Matterport™ Bundle is for architects, engineers, and construction professionals who want to import these assets into third-party programs (3ds max, ReCap, Revit, or AutoCAD), perform additional work and then offer as part of a commercial package to their clients.
